1.The spirit of High Five

High Five is a game about showing up for your friends: accept the daily challenge, film a short proof (or take a photo), and keep your streak alive. It only works if everyone feels safe. These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed. They are part of our Terms of Service and apply to every proof, name and interaction on the service.

2.Keep challenges safe

High Five challenges are meant to be fun, not dangerous. Do not attempt, film, or encourage:

• acts likely to cause real physical harm or serious injury;
• dangerous stunts, reckless driving, or challenges involving fire, weapons, heights or harmful substances;
• self-harm, disordered eating, or any behavior that endangers you or others.

If a challenge would require breaking the law or hurting someone, skip it — a streak is never worth your safety.

3.No nudity or sexual content

Do not upload pornography, sexually explicit acts, nudity, or sexual solicitation. Do not use High Five to arrange or request sexual content. This keeps the app appropriate for our teen-and-up audience.

4.No violence or graphic content

Do not post graphic violence, gore, cruelty to people or animals, or content that glorifies suffering. Threats of violence against anyone are never allowed.

5.No hate, harassment or bullying

Treat everyone with respect. We do not allow:

• hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic;
• harassment, bullying, intimidation or targeted abuse;
• encouraging others to harass or pile on a person.

6.Protect minors

You must be at least 14 years old (or older where your country requires it) to use High Five. Content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors is strictly forbidden. We report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities and permanently remove the accounts involved.

7.Respect privacy

Do not share other people's private information (such as home address, phone number or documents) without consent, and do not film people who have not agreed to appear. Get permission before featuring someone in your proof.

8.Nothing illegal

Do not use High Five for illegal activity or to promote it, including drugs, weapons, or other regulated or stolen goods, scams, or fraud.

9.Respect intellectual property

Only upload content you created or have the rights to use. To reduce copyright issues, proof videos are uploaded without their audio track, but you are still responsible for the images you record. Copyright complaints can be sent to [email protected] (see the DMCA section of our Terms).

10.Be authentic

Be yourself and play fair. Do not impersonate others, create fake accounts, post spam, distribute malware, or manipulate votes and streaks through coordinated or automated behavior.

11.How we keep High Five safe

We combine automated and human moderation:

• Automated screening. Before a proof can be shown to your group, we analyze it with Google Cloud Vision — frames of the video, or the photo directly — to detect adult or violent content. Proofs that fail screening are not published.
• Community reports. Any proof can be reported from the app. Content that reaches a report threshold is automatically hidden pending review.
• Action within 24 hours. We review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours by removing content and, where appropriate, ejecting the user who provided it.

12.Report and block

You help keep the community safe:

• Report — tap the report action on any proof in the voting feed to flag it for review.
• Block — block a user to stop seeing their content and prevent further contact.
• Email — you can also reach us at [email protected].

13.What happens if you break the rules

Depending on the severity and history, we may remove the content, cause the affected challenge to fail and its streak to reset, limit features, or suspend or permanently terminate the account. Serious violations (such as content that endangers minors) lead to immediate removal and, where required, a report to the authorities.

High Five es un juego sobre estar ahí para tus amigos: acepta el reto diario, graba una prueba corta (o haz una foto) y mantén viva tu racha. Solo funciona si todo el mundo se siente seguro. 2.Mantén los retos seguros

Los retos de High Five deben ser divertidos, no peligrosos. No intentes, grabes ni fomentes:

Si un reto exige infringir la ley o hacer daño a alguien, sáltalo: una racha nunca vale más que tu seguridad.

3.Sin desnudos ni contenido sexual

No subas pornografía, actos sexualmente explícitos, desnudos ni proposiciones sexuales. No uses High Five para organizar o solicitar contenido sexual. Así mantenemos la app apropiada para nuestro público a partir de la adolescencia.

4.Sin violencia ni contenido gráfico

No publiques violencia gráfica, contenido sangriento, crueldad hacia personas o animales, ni contenido que glorifique el sufrimiento. Las amenazas de violencia contra cualquier persona nunca están permitidas.

5.Sin odio, acoso ni intimidación

Trata a todo el mundo con respeto. No permitimos:

• discurso de odio o ataques por raza, etnia, origen nacional, religión, discapacidad, sexo, género, orientación sexual o cualquier otra característica protegida;
• acoso, intimidación, hostigamiento o abuso dirigido;
• animar a otros a acosar o señalar a una persona.

6.Protege a los menores

Debes tener al menos 14 años (o más donde tu país lo exija) para usar High Five. El contenido que sexualice, ponga en peligro o explote a menores está terminantemente prohibido. Denunciamos el material de abuso sexual infantil a las autoridades competentes y eliminamos de forma permanente las cuentas implicadas.

7.Respeta la privacidad

No compartas información privada de otras personas (como domicilio, teléfono o documentos) sin su consentimiento, y no grabes a personas que no han aceptado aparecer. Pide permiso antes de incluir a alguien en tu prueba.

8.Nada ilegal

No uses High Five para actividades ilegales ni para promoverlas, incluidos drogas, armas u otros bienes regulados o robados, estafas o fraudes.

9.Respeta la propiedad intelectual

Sube solo contenido que hayas creado o sobre el que tengas derechos. Para reducir problemas de copyright, los vídeos de prueba se suben sin su pista de audio, pero sigues siendo responsable de las imágenes que grabas. Las reclamaciones de copyright pueden enviarse a [email protected] (consulta la sección DMCA de nuestros Términos).

10.Sé auténtico

Sé tú mismo y juega limpio. No suplantes a otras personas, no crees cuentas falsas, no publiques spam, no distribuyas malware ni manipules votos y rachas mediante conductas coordinadas o automatizadas.

11.Cómo mantenemos High Five seguro

Combinamos moderación automática y humana:

• Análisis automático. Antes de que una prueba pueda mostrarse a tu grupo, la analizamos con Google Cloud Vision — fotogramas del vídeo, o directamente la foto — para detectar contenido adulto o violento. Las pruebas que no superan el análisis no se publican.
• Denuncias de la comunidad. Cualquier prueba puede denunciarse desde la app. El contenido que alcanza un umbral de denuncias se oculta automáticamente a la espera de revisión.
• Acción en 24 horas. Revisamos las denuncias de contenido objetable y actuamos en un plazo de 24 horas eliminando el contenido y, cuando proceda, expulsando al usuario que lo aportó.

12.Denunciar y bloquear

Tú ayudas a mantener segura la comunidad:

• Denunciar: pulsa la acción de denuncia en cualquier prueba del muro de votación para marcarla para revisión.
• Bloquear: bloquea a un usuario para dejar de ver su contenido y evitar más contacto.
• Correo: también puedes escribirnos a [email protected].

13.Qué ocurre si incumples las normas

Según la gravedad y el historial, podemos eliminar el contenido, hacer que el reto afectado falle y que su racha se reinicie, limitar funciones, o suspender o cancelar de forma permanente la cuenta. Las infracciones graves (como el contenido que pone en peligro a menores) conllevan la eliminación inmediata y, cuando corresponda, la denuncia a las autoridades.

2.Halte Challenges sicher

High-Five-Challenges sollen Spaß machen, nicht gefährlich sein. Versuche, filme oder fördere nicht:

• Handlungen, die tatsächlichen körperlichen Schaden oder schwere Verletzungen verursachen können;
• gefährliche Stunts, rücksichtsloses Fahren oder Challenges mit Feuer, Waffen, Höhen oder schädlichen Substanzen;
• Selbstverletzung, gestörtes Essverhalten oder jedes Verhalten, das dich oder andere gefährdet.

Wenn eine Challenge einen Gesetzesverstoß oder die Verletzung anderer erfordern würde, lass sie aus – eine Serie ist deine Sicherheit nie wert.

3.Keine Nacktheit oder sexuellen Inhalte

Lade keine Pornografie, sexuell explizite Handlungen, Nacktheit oder sexuelle Aufforderungen hoch. Nutze High Five nicht, um sexuelle Inhalte zu arrangieren oder anzufordern. So bleibt die App für unser Publikum ab dem Teenageralter angemessen.

4.Keine Gewalt oder drastischen Inhalte

Poste keine grafische Gewalt, blutige Darstellungen, Grausamkeit gegenüber Menschen oder Tieren oder Inhalte, die Leid verherrlichen. Drohungen mit Gewalt gegen irgendjemanden sind niemals erlaubt.

5.Kein Hass, keine Belästigung, kein Mobbing

Behandle alle mit Respekt. Wir erlauben nicht:

• Hassrede oder Angriffe aufgrund von Rasse, Ethnie, nationaler Herkunft, Religion, Behinderung, Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung oder anderer geschützter Merkmale;
• Belästigung, Mobbing, Einschüchterung oder gezielten Missbrauch;
• andere dazu anzustiften, eine Person zu belästigen oder anzugreifen.

6.Schütze Minderjährige

Du musst mindestens 14 Jahre alt sein (oder älter, wo dein Land es verlangt), um High Five zu nutzen. Inhalte, die Minderjährige sexualisieren, gefährden oder ausbeuten, sind strengstens verboten. Wir melden Material über sexuellen Missbrauch von Kindern den zuständigen Behörden und entfernen die beteiligten Konten dauerhaft.

7.Respektiere die Privatsphäre

Teile keine privaten Informationen anderer Personen (wie Wohnadresse, Telefonnummer oder Dokumente) ohne Zustimmung und filme keine Personen, die nicht zugestimmt haben, aufzutreten. Hol dir eine Erlaubnis, bevor du jemanden in deinem Nachweis zeigst.

8.Nichts Illegales

Nutze High Five nicht für illegale Aktivitäten oder um sie zu fördern, einschließlich Drogen, Waffen oder anderer regulierter oder gestohlener Waren, Betrug oder Täuschung.

9.Respektiere geistiges Eigentum

Lade nur Inhalte hoch, die du erstellt hast oder für die du die Rechte besitzt. Zur Verringerung von Urheberrechtsproblemen werden Nachweisvideos ohne Tonspur hochgeladen, du bleibst aber für die aufgenommenen Bilder verantwortlich. Urheberrechtsbeschwerden können an [email protected] gesendet werden (siehe den DMCA-Abschnitt unserer Bedingungen).

10.Sei authentisch

Sei du selbst und spiele fair. Gib dich nicht als andere aus, erstelle keine gefälschten Konten, poste keinen Spam, verbreite keine Schadsoftware und manipuliere keine Stimmen und Serien durch koordiniertes oder automatisiertes Verhalten.

11.Wie wir High Five sicher halten

Wir kombinieren automatische und menschliche Moderation:

• Automatische Prüfung. Bevor ein Nachweis deiner Gruppe angezeigt werden kann, analysieren wir ihn mit Google Cloud Vision — Bilder des Videos, oder direkt das Foto —, um nicht jugendfreie oder gewalttätige Inhalte zu erkennen. Nachweise, die die Prüfung nicht bestehen, werden nicht veröffentlicht.
• Community-Meldungen. Jeder Nachweis kann in der App gemeldet werden. Inhalte, die eine Meldeschwelle erreichen, werden bis zur Prüfung automatisch ausgeblendet.
• Handeln innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Wir prüfen Meldungen anstößiger Inhalte und handeln innerhalb von 24 Stunden, indem wir Inhalte entfernen und – wo angemessen – den Nutzer ausschließen, der sie bereitgestellt hat.

12.Melden und blockieren

Du hilfst, die Community sicher zu halten:

• Melden – tippe bei jedem Nachweis im Abstimmungs-Feed auf die Melde-Aktion, um ihn zur Prüfung zu kennzeichnen.
• Blockieren – blockiere einen Nutzer, um seine Inhalte nicht mehr zu sehen und weiteren Kontakt zu verhindern.
• E-Mail – du erreichst uns auch unter [email protected].

13.Was passiert bei Regelverstößen

Je nach Schwere und Vorgeschichte können wir den Inhalt entfernen, die betroffene Challenge fehlschlagen lassen und ihre Serie zurücksetzen, Funktionen einschränken oder das Konto sperren oder dauerhaft kündigen. Schwere Verstöße (etwa Inhalte, die Minderjährige gefährden) führen zur sofortigen Entfernung und, wo erforderlich, zur Meldung an die Behörden.
